Delivery to the UK

1.  Standard Delivery is £1.75 or FREE for all orders over £20

We use Royal Mail’s Second Class service (non-tracked) and aim to pick, pack and dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt.

We can send packages using Royal Mail 1st Class which is charged at a flat rate of £2.50 and if available as an option at checkout. 

2.  1-2 Day Delivery is £6.50

We use a range of courier services and Royal Mail First Class depending on location and weight.

If we receive your order before 12 midday Monday-Friday we will despatch it the same day and expect it to be delivered within 2 working days.

Orders placed after 12 midday on Thursday will be processed on Friday or Saturday and should be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed after 12 midday on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday or Tuesday and should be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Tracking codes (if applicable) will be included within your dispatch confirmation email.

If a signature is required by the courier and no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with details of how to collect your item or re-arrange delivery. Please note, we cannot guarantee a same day re-delivery if the courier was unable to deliver on their first attempt.

Delivery outside the UK

1. Europe

Standard delivery starts at £5.00 and is calculated using the weight of the products ordered and packaging.

We use Royal Mail’s International Standard service who aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.  Other courier services may also be used.

Please allow up to 2 days following receipt of your order for us to pick, pack and dispatch it.

2. Rest of World

Standard delivery starts at £8.00 and is calculated using the weight of the products ordered and packaging.

We use Royal Mail’s International Standard service for smaller orders and a range of other couriers who typically aim to deliver within 5-7 working days.

Please allow up to 2 days following receipt of your order for us to pick, pack and dispatch it.

International shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable import taxes, customs duties and fees that are due upon entry into the destination country. Duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

UK trade accounts

For all UK orders over £150.00 carriage is free. For any orders under this amount, delivery will be charged at £7.50 (excluding Vat).
